Colin Schell, Graduate Student

Colin is currently working as an undergraduate research assistant in the SyRRA lab while pursuing his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland. He plans to complete this degree in December 2020 and to return to the SyRRA lab as a graduate student while earning his M.S. in Reliability Engineering. Before working at the SyRRA lab, he worked on structural analysis during his summer internships and was a member of the SAE Baja team at the University of Maryland. In his time at the lab, he has worked on creating data visualizations for categorical data sets and has assisted the work on exploring causal models for engineering risk assessment.
